  1. In accessing the webpage of The Librarian, you agree to the terms hereafter. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately or as soon as reasonably possible cause the termination your connexion to this webpage, and may not connect to this webpage in future, unless you no longer do not agree to these terms.

The Librarian does not collect or store any personal data under the Act, and does not store any data pertaining to its users; consequently, it cannot furnish users with any such data.
